DexterAgent connects to your Google Calendar to provide AI-based meeting insights and public company research summaries. The Service analyzes publicly available information and delivers meeting briefs via email or secure web view.

You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

• You agree to use DexterAgent only for lawful, internal business or personal productivity purposes.
• You will not use the Service to violate the rights or privacy of others.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.

DexterAgent accesses limited Google Calendar data (event titles, times, and attendee email domains) only to prepare meeting summaries. We do not store event content or share user data with third parties. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.

All intellectual property rights in DexterAgent, including its software, design, and insights, are owned by Sponsifyme Technologies Private Limited. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Sponsifyme Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DexterAgent.

We may suspend or terminate access to DexterAgent at any time, without notice, if you violate these terms or misuse the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted at http://dexteragent.ai/terms with a new effective date.
