DexterAgent connects securely to your Google Calendar to generate AI-powered company and meeting insights before your scheduled events. We value your privacy and strictly comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

When you grant permission, DexterAgent only accesses the following limited information from your Google account:

  • Calendar event details: event title, date/time, and attendee email addresses.
  • Derived company domains from attendee emails to gather public business information.

✅ DexterAgent does not access or store:

  • Email message content
  • Calendar event descriptions
  • Attachments or notes
  • Personal Gmail data or contacts

  • Identify company domains related to meeting attendees.
  • Retrieve publicly available company information such as website metadata, hiring trends, industry, and tech stack.
  • Generate and send an AI-based meeting brief to you via email or a secure viewing link.

We never sell, share, or use your information for advertising, analytics, or marketing purposes.

  • Temporary data (attendee domains, meeting times) is stored for up to 24 hours only to generate and send your summary.
  • After this window, all meeting data is automatically deleted.
  • We do not store names, emails, or calendar text content.
  • Aggregated, non-identifiable statistics may be retained to improve product performance.

DexterAgent does not share or transfer your personal data to third parties. The only processing outside of your Google account involves our own secure servers that fetch public company data for insight generation. No user data is ever exposed to advertisers or external analytics providers.

You can revoke DexterAgent’s access at any time from your Google Account:

If you wish to delete any residual data or have privacy inquiries, contact us at support@dexteragent.ai. We will confirm deletion within 24 hours of request.

  • All communications use HTTPS encryption and OAuth 2.0 authentication.
  • No credentials or event data are ever stored unencrypted.
  • Access is limited to authorized internal systems for operational maintenance only.

DexterAgent is not designed for or marketed to children under 16 years of age.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. If any material changes occur, we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify users via email.

DexterAgent may reference or interact with publicly available information from third-party platforms operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”), including Facebook and Instagram. This section explains how privacy and data handling are governed when Meta services are involved.

Meta Platforms, Inc. operates services such as Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and other Meta-branded products. Any data collected by Meta through its platforms is governed by Meta’s own Privacy Policy.

  • Access personal posts from private accounts
  • Store Meta login credentials
  • Use Meta data for advertising or remarketing

Data Sharing & Legal Compliance

Meta may share data with third parties, partners, or authorities in accordance with its own policies and applicable law. DexterAgent has no control over how Meta processes or shares user data within its platforms.
